Fruit Bowl

Trick to help you eat fruit!

Fill up a bowl with fruit at your office or home. Make it a goal to eat the entire bowl before the week is up. You will always have a healthy snack at your fingertips. It will also help your keep your fingers out of the candy jar.

Happy Holidays everyone!

Super Easy and Quick Healthy Snack

No-Bake Protein Bars!!!
Never be caught without a healthy snack again!
These bars are super easy and taste so yummy!

Ingredients:
2 cups of quick cooking oats (non flavored oatmeal)
1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
4 scoops of protein powder ( I used a low carb vanilla protein- Iso-100 from Dymatize Nutrition)
1tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 cup of water ( you can add a little more if needed but mixture should be thick)
raw honey or agave nectar

Instructions:
1. Knead all ingredients in a large bowl, this works best with your hands!
2.Line a baking pan with wax paper and spread out mixture evenly.
3. Drizzle honey or agave nectar over the top
4. Freeze for 30 minutes, remove and cut into 8 protein bars.

I cut mine and put them in baggies and place them back in the freezer. They are easy to grab and go, by the time you get ready for a snack it is thawed and ready!

I love these! You can even substitute another kind of nut butter instead of natural peanut butter or throw in some unsalted nuts.

Some people dream of success while other wake up and work hard at it!
